Our goal is to make all of our customers happy. If you are not pleased with your experience, please contact us and you be entitled to compensation. This includes store credit or a future store discount, a partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation. Since our company launch, we have lived by this idea and our customers have supported us because of it.
Return and Refund Policy
All digital products are non refundable or returnable.
Physical items can be returned if damaged, defected, or not as described. To return an item, you must contact our customer service team within two days of arrival with proof that your item has not arrived correctly. After an item has been returned, the full value of the payment will be refunded back onto the payment method used in the order. The customer needs to pay all shipping fees during the return process. Product must be returned in package received, and in new condition to be returned.
To receive a refund, you must contact our customer service team within two days of arrival with your case, which we will then review and decide what type of compensation, if any, is reasonable in the circumstance. After an item has been returned, the full or partial value of the payment will be refunded back onto the payment method used in the order, depending on the case.
Return & Refund Policy Terms & Conditions:
-If the item arrives damaged, you will receive a full refund
-If the item arrives and doesn't match the product image, you will receive a refund
-If the item arrives and does not fit, you may be entitled to a partial refund depending on who the error falls on (If you ordered a size that arrives correctly but you didn't mean to order)
After an item has been returned, the full or partial value of the payment will be refunded back onto the payment method used in the order within 7 business days. If it is deemed that the customer is entitled to a full refund, they will get their item cost back, minus a 5% shipping and handling fee. If you would like to cancel an order that you had recently made, you must contact us within 24 hours of the order. In cases of early cancellations, 10% of the total order is taken as a fee.
We use industry standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. What's more, all sensitive personal information is kept securely offline at our privately run datacenter.
